I am a 4th-year PhD candidate researching ethical heritage data practices, taking as a case study the Collections as Data (CaD) initiative.
I am exploring how CaD principles can facilitate critical engagement with heritage data and eventually help tackle ethical concerns towards the interaction with AI systems.

My recent career developments led me towards this area. I often define myself as an information professional — or better a data professional.
Coding and working with LLMs are among my best assets. I am proficient with R and Python, and my expertise covers a broad range of technologies.
Growing up in a garden fostered my natural interest in chlorophyll-based organisms, ancient and contemporary. I love growing them as well!
My original research area is archaeobotany (study of ancient plants), but I have extensive on-field experience in digital and community archaeology.
